The De-Tiervanisation Act 2011 (O.B.8) was an Act passed by the Transitional Parliament. It empowered a cross-party parliamentary committee to review the impact of King Tiervan on Oceana, and to recommend and implement policies to "de-Tiervanise" Oceana.

Summary
A bill aimed to remove the remaining influence of King Tiervan within the state. This shall be achieved through systematic renaming, restoring and reconstructing of Oceanan culture, heritage and buildings.
Article I – De-Tiervanisation Council
